Returns are accepted if goods are returned within 14 days of receipt. Please, contact us as soon as possible, if you have any cause for return.
Once your return is authorised for a return you will receive a return reference which must be quoted on the packaging of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, you can choose to receive a replacement of the item, get a refund or accept a credit note for the purchase amount.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Brand love, for a full refund.
Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 14 working days of the day after you receive the goods to:

Return or exchange an item If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their unused condition (apart from expecting and trying on the goods as you would expect in a physical shop) within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Please note: · The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. · The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Faulty Item If the item you received is faulty, please contact sales@brand-love.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

All returns must be unworn, unmarked and have all tags and labels still attached. They should be returned with all packaging in tact.
We shall endeavour to supply refunds as pomptly as possible, yet cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from unexpected demand influexes. The refund amount for the item(s) returned will be credited within a maximum of 30 days of us receiving the return.
When returning a product, we recommend you use delivery tracking and/or insurance, and keep your receipts.
Where relevant we reserve the right to refuse a refund for a return i.e. If the products have been returned damaged or used. No refund will be issued for items, which are returned in a condition that prevents them from being resold.
