All?returns must be unworn, unmarked and have all tags and labels still attached. They should be returned with all packaging in tact.
We shall endeavour to supply refunds as pomptly as possible, yet cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from unexpected demand influexes. The refund amount for the item(s) returned will be credited within a maximum of 30 days of us receiving the return.
Brand Love will not be held responsible for any items which are lost in transit to us. We recommend you use delivery tracking and/or insurance, and keep your receipts.
2 Return due to other reasons
If you would like to return the item for any other reason i.e. because you have changed your mind, Brand Love will only issue a credit note for the purchasing price (excluding postage charges). The buyer bears all costs for the return of items.If free postage was given, we reserve the right to deduct the actual postage cost we incurred in shipping from the refund amount. You have the right to cancel the contract within 7 days from receipt of products.
Where relevant we reserve the right to refuse any unauthorised returns i.e. If the products have been returned damaged or used. No refund will be issued for items, which are returned in a condition that prevents them from being resold.

3 Exchange of goods ordered We will accept exchanges until 7 days after the day that you have received your order. You must first notify us in writing (either E-mail or letter) which items you wish to exchange, once your exchange is authorised you will receive an exchange reference which must be quoted on the packaging of your return. Please, note that the buyer bears all postage costs for both the return of the original item and the despatch of the exchanged item.

Your replacement item(s) will be despatched, once payment for postage (+additional cost in case of a price difference) has been received and goods returned have arrived at our premsises.
