6. SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Brand Love take great care to ensure that your order reaches you promptly and in excellent condition. All items, which are in stock are despatched within 1-2 working days of us receiving your order. You will receive a notification by Email that we have received your order and you will also be informed by Email when your order is despatched.
Items not in stock will be despatched within 1 month of order date.
6.1 UK ORDERS
Orders within the UK can be sent by either First Class Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery.
First Class Recorded Delivery and Special Delivery will require a signature upon delivery*. Orders usually arrive the working day after they are posted, but may take longer depending on Royal Mail. Please note that Recorded Delivery only insures to the value of GBP 30.00, and the post office will only reimburse for losses up to this amount. We recommend that the chosen shipping method for orders over GBP 30.00 is Special Delivery.
Special Delivery (recomended for all orders over GBP 30.00) will require a signature upon delivery*. The charge for this service, depends on the package weight and starts from GBP 3.85.

Orders sent via Special Delivery arrive before 12am the working day after they are despatched (Mon-Thur), they are also insured during the delivery process for a value up to GBP 500.
* If there is no one to sign for the delivery the postman will leave a card and the order will be taken back to your local sorting office. The card will explain what your options are for redelivery or collection. The sorting office usually hold items for a week and then they return them to us, if this happens we will get in touch with you to discuss arranging payment for redelivery costs. Brand Love can not take responsibility if the item is not collected by the buyer. 6.2 EUROPEAN & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
European and International orders are sent by Airmail, International Signed For or Airmail, International Signed for, Enhanced Compensation.

Orders usually arrive within 3 to 7 working days of being posted but may take longer depending on the postal service.Please note that "Airmail, International Signed For" only insures to the value of GBP 30.00, and the post office will only reimburse for losses up to this amount. We recommend that the chosen shipping method for orders over GBP 30.00 is "Airmail, International Signed For, Enhanced Compensation".
"Airmail, International Signed For, Enhanced Compensation" (recomended for all order over GBP 30) will require a signature upon delivery*. For just GBP 1.50, you can get further compensation of up to GBP 500 (depending on which country you're sending it to).

7. RETURN POLICY
7.1 Return of Deffective Goods or due to Incorrect Item Desription
We are confident that you will be overjoyed with the quality and beauty of your purchase. However, in the event that you receive a damaged product or a product not corresponding with the description, please contact us via e-mail for a Return Authorisation (RMA) before shipping any product back to us.
We only accepts returns of faulty goods or in the unlikely event that we made an item description error. Returns are accepted if goods are returned within 7 days of receipt. Please, contact us as soon as possible, if you have any cause for return.
Once your return is authorised for a return you will receive a return reference which must be quoted on the packaging of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, you can choose to receive a replacement of the item, get a refund or accept a credit note for the purchase amount.
All returns must be unworn, unmarked and have all tags and labels still attached. They should be returned with all packaging in tact.
We shall endeavour to supply refunds as pomptly as possible, yet cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from unexpected demand influexes. The refund amount for the item(s) returned will be credited within a maximum of 30 days of us receiving the return.
Brand Love will not be held responsible for any items which are lost in transit to us. We recommend you use delivery tracking and/or insurance, and keep your receipts.
7.2 Return due to other reasons
If you would like to return the item for any other reason i.e. because you have changed your mind, Brand Love will only issue a credit note for the purchasing price (excluding postage charges). The buyer bears all costs for the return of item. You have the right to cancel the contract within 7 working days from receipt without giving any reason. If free postage was given, we reserve the right to deduct the actual postage cost we incurred in shipping from the refund amount.
Where relevant we reserve the right to refuse any unauthorised returns.
No refund will be issued for items, which are returned in a condition that prevents them from being resold.

8. EXCHANGE OF GOODS ORDERED
We will accept exchanges until 7 days after the day that you have received your order. You must first notify us in writing (either E-mail or letter) which items you wish to exchange, once your exchange is authorised you will receive an exchange reference which must be quoted on the packaging of your return. Please, note that the buyer bears all postage costs for both the return of the original item and the despatch of the exchanged item.
