I am a customer from the United States. What size of bedding do I need to purchase?
The finished size of the duvet cover should be smaller in width and length, than the duvet. The smaller the duvet, the more pouf it will create.
Brand Love recommends to purchase the following bedding, for either twin, full or queen sized American beds.
Single duvet cover (135cm x 200cm) for Twin Beds Double duvet cover (200cm x 200cm) for Full Beds Kingsize duvet cover (225cm x 220cm) for Queen Beds

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Brand Love ships worldwide. For international shipping rates, please go to your shopping cart, where you will be able to calculate the shipping costs for your order.
How much do you charge shipping?
To calculate shipping you need to add your products to the shopping cart first. Once this is done you click on "Checkout" or "View your cart". On the arriving page you will find the shipping calculator. Enter your destination details to find our how much we will charge for shipping for the products to be ordered.

How to purchase Gift Vouchers?
Gift Vouchers are purchased just like any other item in our store. You can pay for them using the stores standard payment method(s). Once purchased the value of the Gift Voucher will be added to your own personal Gift Voucher Account. If you have funds in your Gift Voucher Account, you will notice that the amount now shows in the Shopping Cart box, and also provides a link to a page where you can send the Gift Voucher to a special person via email.
Why is my credit card payment not accepted?
It is important to choose the correct payment method. International customers need to pay via our secure payment processor called "Paypal". UK customers can pay with the secure payment processor "Nochex". Please, choose the correct option during the checkout process. UK customers can also pay with UK postal orders, by bank transfer or cheque.
